The Inclusion of Disabled Students at Universities Worlwide

The CRESGE, a Centre of study and research of the Catholic University of Lille, in coordination with the International Federation of Catholic Universities (IFCU) has carried out a Survey on a global scale concerning the hosting of students with disabilities in the IFCU member universities.

First of all, this Survey has made it possible to identify good practices implemented for the inclusion of students with disabilities and, secondly, to identify both the benefits of their presence in universities and also the barriers and obstacles to their inclusion.

A Scientific Committee composed of representatives from member universities of the Federation, has ensured the methodological quality of the investigations and facilitated making contacts.
