14th  GRADUATION CEREMONY 2008   

DATE:  Friday 21st  NOVEMBER 2008

The 14^th Graduation Ceremony will be held on the 21^st November 2008.

The Guest of Honour will be H.E. Mr. Steven A.Browning,

the Ambassador of the United States of America in Uganda.

This will be accompanied by the official opening of Bernad Onyango Registry Building
