The African Theology Today Series (ATTS)![]() The African Theology Today Series (ATTS) is an initiative by Dr. Richard Rousseau, SI (Director of University of Scranton Press) and Dr. Emmanuel Katongole, Associate Research Professor, The Divinity School, Duke University, and Senior Lecturer, Uganda Martyrs University, Nkozi. ATTS was conceived in May 2000 with the aim of promoting publications in the area of Christianity and African society. Objectives: Activities: 1. Book Series: the goal is to publish a book annually on African Theology Today. The book can be an edited collection of essays of various scholars; or by a single author. 2. Book Competition: the goal is to organize an annual (or every two years) a book competition. 3.Distribution: the goal is to distribute as widely as possible the books published under 1 and 2 above.
