  • Richesse des diversités. Grâce à la diversité de ses membres, des contextes et des pratiques, la COMIUCAP permet d’appréhender l’« exercice » de la philosophie sous un jour unique.

  • Universalité. La COMIUCAP est porteuse d’universalité en double référence à la dimension internationale de son réseau, et à l’étymologie même du terme « catholique ».

  • Médiation. La philosophie est fondamentalement une discipline de la médiation, qu’il s’agisse de médiation interculturelle, médiation inter-religieuse, médiation entre théologie et science, médiation entre tradition et modernité …

  • Communauté. Les échanges développés entre les membres depuis deux ans sont d’une extrême cordialité et suscitent un intérêt partagé et profond, expliquant le développement rapide du réseau.


    Solidarité. À travers les échanges d’expériences, les transferts de compétences, les travaux de recherche transversaux, l’objectif est aussi d’établir un jeu d’interactions de continents à continents.

    The proper identity of COMIUCAP
    • The wealth of diversities. Thanks to the diversity of its members, of the contexts and the practices, COMIUCAP helps to see the “ exercise ” of philosophy in a special light.
    • Universality. COMIUCAP carries universality in a double reference to the international dimension of its network and to the very etymology of the word “Catholic ”.
    • Mediation. Philosophy is basically a discipline of mediation, be it intercultural mediation, inter-religious mediation, mediation between theology and science, mediation between tradition and modernism.
    • Community. The exchanges that have been developed between the members in the last two years are very cordial and give rise to a shared and deep interest which explains the rapid development of the network.
    • Solidarity. Through the exchange of experiences, the transfer of competences, transversal research work, the aim is also to establish interaction between the continents.
