Constantin Baltès

Constantin Baltès is an intern for the FIUC, working with the director of the International Center for Research and Decision Support (CIRAD), Montserrat Alom. He is currently enrolled in a Master’s degree in International Cooperation and Development at the French Institute for Latin American Studies where he also graduated with a Master’s degree in Political Science and International Relations. During this degree, he spent a year in Montevideo at the Universidad de la República (Uruguay).
