This program, conducted since 2012 by the Federation, is designed to:
- Help participants better understand the complexity of the issues that are facing Catholic Institutions of Higher Education, and the creative possibilities for institutional development,
- Develop relevant approaches to facilitate institutional sustainability,
- Strengthen the capacity of Catholic higher education institutions to play an increasingly important role in the contemporary world.
This session will focus on the specificity of Catholic identity, including the nature of a Catholic university, the Catholic intellectual tradition, etc. It is oriented to specific issues in the management and leadership of such institutions.
This highly interactive program is based on the management and leadership experience of the participants. It fosters a collaborative experience in the sense that participants collectively seek management/leadership approaches to specific challenges.
